Terms and Conditions
- Scope
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
- Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with 6tyseconds.
By displaying the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place our products into your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for the contract are: German.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
- Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply for standard shipping. Details on the shipping costs can be found in the product offers.
4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver products to the delivery address specified during the order process.
Delivery is exclusively via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
- Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices applicable at the time of ordering are valid. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further instructions can be found in the order process.
PayPal may offer additional payment modalities to registered and selected PayPal customers at its own discretion. These are based solely on your agreement with PayPal, and we have no influence on these options. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
- Warranties and Guarantees

- Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
