Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will fees be charged to you for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for a loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
